Curving grades? Really?!?

This just came across my Twitter feed:

I'm not even sure where to begin. I'm almost beside myself... Speechless.

Why is LearnNC publishing such a crock? And why is this even acceptable?


How about - "How to develop authentic assessments"?

Or, even better, "How to exemplify how ignorant and useless using numbers to certify and authenticate knowledge and learning is"
